This is an active volcano (with a golf course at its base.)

New Years Feast 2011
There were quite a few people, and quite a few dishes. Unfortunately, I didn't count the dishes (but I'm checking with others.)(As always, click to expand)(And, lick your tongue)
We did a trial run on Anniversary Tuesday, the 28th. That's the suckling pig above. Then, on to New Years Day. First, the table before the guests arrived:
