Whilst on a brief visit to the Big Island and several time-sharing friends, we were led by necessity to leave our deer-protection fence open.

DW#1 returned to a Saranap where all her rose and cosmos flowertops had been chewed off, her strawberries and tomatoes swallowed, and her gourds gone.
