Every year, at the end of summer, and the start of school, there occur myriad State Fairs. Ours is in Sacramento, of course.
The picture above, however, is from the Minnesota State Fair. You may have noticed more than a few somewhat-overweight folks in the Upper MidWest. I certainly have. Is that a coincidence?
