Water, water, water
Here in the Bay Area, we are emptying our reservoirs in anticipation of the Spring runoff, which should be huge.
Up North, in Lake County, Clear Lake has overrun its banks and is lapping at the lakeside buildings. The lake is the largest inside California and has no outlet. When it fills, it floods. Most of the time, if you can get there, it's a pretty place.
