
On the Front Page of the "Wall Street Journal" today:
"North Korea welcomed the New York Philharmonic, the
largest visit by a group of Americans since the Korean War."
If memory serves, that earlier "group" of Americans was the U.S. 8th Army, under the supreme command of General Douglas MacArthur.

(At least the Korean uniforms are more stylish these days.)
